Sports Court Flooring FAQs - Chennai

Cost depends on the sport, court size, the flooring system you choose (wooden, PVC vinyl, acrylic, PP tiles or rubber) and the condition of the existing sub-base. A single badminton court on PVC vinyl works out very differently from a six-court academy hall on Air Cush wooden flooring. Share your site dimensions and we will send an itemised quotation with material, transport and installation shown separately.

Yes, we do supply-only orders and a fair number of Chennai builders and academies order that way. One thing to be clear about up front: our workmanship warranty covers courts our own crew installs. On a supply-only order you get the material warranty from us and the installation stays your contractor’s responsibility. We will still send laying instructions, subfloor requirements and adhesive specification with the consignment, and if you would rather we take the whole job end to end, that quotation is one call away.

Once material reaches site, a PVC vinyl or acrylic court over a ready concrete base is usually playable within 5 to 10 days. Air Cush wooden systems take longer because of sub-frame and curing time, and multi-court halls are planned court by court so one bay can be finished while the next is being prepared. Every quotation shows despatch, expected arrival and installation days separately.

Our badminton systems carry Badminton World Federation (BWF) Grade 1A and 1B approvals, our squash courts follow World Squash Federation (WSF) specifications, tennis courts are laid to ITF standards, and our surfaces meet EN14904 - the European standard for indoor multi-sport floors.
