Sports Court Flooring FAQs - Lucknow

Cost depends on the sport, court size, the flooring system you choose (wooden, PVC vinyl, acrylic, PP tiles or rubber) and the condition of the existing sub-base. A single badminton court on PVC vinyl works out very differently from a full wooden multi-court hall in an academy or state sports facility. Share your site dimensions and we will send an itemised quotation with material, transport and installation shown separately.

Ask for four things and most of the gap explains itself. One, the BWF or EN14904 certificate with the exact product name printed on it - a general company letter or a certificate for some other model in the range proves nothing about the roll being delivered to you. Two, the stated thickness and the wear-layer thickness separately; a 4.5 mm mat with a thin wear layer and a 4.5 mm mat with a proper one cost very different money and last very differently. Three, the roll label and batch marking on the material that actually arrives, checked against the invoice. Four, weight per square metre, which is hard to fake because thin material is light. We would rather you run these checks on us as well - a supplier who minds being asked is telling you something.

Once material reaches site, a PVC vinyl or acrylic court over a ready concrete base is usually playable within 5 to 10 days. Air Cush wooden systems take longer because of sub-frame and curing time, and multi-court halls are planned bay by bay. Every quotation shows despatch, expected arrival and installation days separately.

Our badminton systems carry Badminton World Federation (BWF) Grade 1A and 1B approvals, our squash courts follow World Squash Federation (WSF) specifications, tennis courts are laid to ITF standards, and our surfaces meet EN14904 - the European standard for indoor multi-sport floors.
