Production time depends on the system and the quantity ordered, and sea freight from India to the Caribbean coast is a long haul, usually transshipping through a regional hub, so allow for the sea leg. Shipments clear at Puerto Cabello, the main container gateway, with La Guaira serving Caracas and Maracaibo the west. Direct sailings are less frequent than to neighbouring markets, so we confirm the routing and the documentation on each order rather than assuming a standard schedule. We share a dated schedule covering manufacturing, despatch and expected arrival with every quotation, so you can plan your installation window around it.

Our badminton systems carry Badminton World Federation (BWF) Grade 1A and 1B approvals, our squash courts follow World Squash Federation (WSF) specifications, tennis courts are laid to ITF standards, and our surfaces meet EN14904 — the European standard for indoor multi-sport floors. Temperatures stay high year round in the lowlands and UV-stable colour coats hold their finish under strong tropical sun. Caracas, Maracaibo, Puerto La Cruz and the coast sit in humid, salt-laden Caribbean air, while the Andean towns around Mérida are markedly cooler and the Llanos interior is hotter with a long dry season.
